Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business with Industrial B2B customers - manufacturers and assemblers of indoor and outdoor shading systems or roller shutters who integrate Somfy components into their finished products.

Your main goal will be to increase the use of Somfy motorization within our customers’ production, ensuring our solutions - both SOMFY and SIMU brands - are consistently chosen and integrated. In the Baltics, much of your focus will be on interior and exterior shading systems, where you will showcase our innovative radio solutions to strengthen our technological leadership.

You will take a mid- to long-term approach, helping to grow Somfy’s market share, strengthen relationships with key manufacturers, and build trust-based partnerships.

Your work will be part of a collaborative “Push & Pull” strategy, working closely with colleagues responsible for the installer network and Project Business. Together, you’ll ensure coordinated actions across the entire value chain - from manufacturer to end market.

A big part of your role will be understanding each customer’s business: their products, production mix, key clients, and target markets. This insight will help you drive Somfy’s growth, uncover long-term opportunities, and provide visibility for future business development.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities and acquire new customers in your territory.
  • Execute and deploy the annual sales & marketing plans for your customer portfolio.
  • Increase direct sales to your customers and prospects.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate cooperation terms with clients at various management levels.
  • Analyze and report regularly on the performance of your portfolio, proposing concrete action plans to drive growth.
  • Organize meetings, local trainings, and product presentations, and effectively communicate strong sales arguments.
  • Work in close coordination with the Industrial B2B Channel Leader to deploy the regional strategy and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with your customers to monitor business performance, development plans, and progress, leveraging strong analytical skills and a solid mid-term strategic vision.
  • Manage the full commercial and pricing relationship with your accounts, including negotiation cycles, annual price increases, and margin protection.
  • Understand customers’ technical and production constraints to propose adapted solutions,
  • while promoting Somfy’s and SIMU’s high-value, innovative products, especially radio technologies, to increase motorization rates and value creation.
  • Ensure intensive field presence, and be ready for regular travel across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in managing a given portfolio of customers, reporting sales results & activities.
  • Experience working in internal cross-functional environments and collaborating with marketing and customer service teams.
  • Language Latvian (fluent), English (advanced in speech and writing).
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian will be an asset.
  • Category B driving license in order to travel daily to customers.
  • A keen interest in home automation and smart home solutions is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Sales Force (or other CRM) is required.
  • Higher education in sales and/or marketing would be an additional advantage.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
