Job Description

Mission: The Project Business Developer is responsible for driving business growth through the identification, specification, development and management of building projects for both residential and non-residential segments. This role combines technical expertise with strong business development skills to expand market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand all segments projects portfolio through direct contacts with related project actors, specifiers & vendors in Bulgaria.
  • Specify, quote & facilitate all projects in Residential & Non-Residential segments
  • Project on-site visit (if & where necessary) to secure proper application of specified solutions during realization phase
  • Interview SY partners (integrators, distributors) to identify available projects in progress & other opportunities and also identify project-oriented customers to take suggestions
  • Arrange & realize trainings for all related to own activity partners in Bulgaria

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field). Master’s degree in BA or Marketing will be considered as a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, project management, sales engineer or a similar role will be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
