Somfy sells Devianne

Further to its putting up for sale announced on April 1st, 2005, Somfy SA has sold, on September 29th, the totality of its holding in Devianne to a pool of financial investors leaded by Masséna Group. Somfy became shareholder of Devianne in July 2002, when the branches of activity Damart and Somfy became two separately listed companies.

Devianne operates 36 clothing stores, with an average floor space of 900m2, mainly located in the North, East and West of France. Its sales reached 61M€ in 2004.

Joël Toulemonde, President and Managing Director of Devianne Group since 1999, is participating to the LBO and is maintained in his functions.
