SOMFY SA is a limited company with a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of 2 June 2021 decided to separate the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
General Management
The General Management of SOMFY SA carries out its functions under the control of the Board of Directors.
It proposes and executes the strategy, rolls out the transformation program, manages performance and defines and rolls out the corporate culture with the support of the Executive Committee.

Chief Executive Officer
Sébastien Picot joined SOMFY in September 2023 as Head of Sales and Brands.
After starting his career in strategy consulting at OC&C Strategy Consultants, he worked for nearly 15 years at the Essilor group (now EssilorLuxottica), where he held various positions in marketing, sales, and general management of subsidiaries, in Europe and Latin America. He has extensive experience in complex B2B2C environments and in managing multi-brand and multi-channel strategies. He is the new CEO of the Group since April 24th, 2025.
Sébastien Picot is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and holds a Master's in Financial Engineering from the University of Paris I-La Sorbonne

Valérie Dixmier
Deputy CEO in charge of People, Culture and Organization
Appointed Deputy CEO in charge of People, Culture and Organization in 2021, Valérie Dixmier’s duty is to activate the transformation to serve the company’s project.
She joined SOMFY in 2018 as Head of Human Resources & Organization and was previously Director of HR & Organization for one of the regions of the LafargeHolcim Group, where she held several global and local positions from 2011. This career in the industry follows more than 20 years of experience in strategic and organizational consulting, notably as a partner at the firm Oliver Wyman and with Capgemini Consulting and Bossard Consultants.
Valérie Dixmier graduated from Sciences Po Paris, specialized in economics and finance.
Tobias Schaper
Group CFO
Tobias Schaper was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in November 2021.
Tobias has worked at Solvay Group since 2003, where he has held the positions of Global Finance Director and Senior Financial Controller in various business units. Since 2017, he has notably been Global Finance Director of the Soda Ash & Derivatives entity. Tobias, who is German, has worked in the United States, Belgium and France in various roles, where he has successfully positioned the Finance function to support the development of the business and has helped to define new business models.
Tobias Schaper holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance from Eichstätt-Ingolstadt University, Germany, and a Master’s in Economics from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Bénédicte Simond
Head of Offer & Innovantion
Bénédicte Simond joined SOMFY in 2022 as VP of Interior Products and was appointed Head of Products & Services in March 2023, then Head of Offer & Innovation in April 2025.
Previously Executive Vice President Corporate Research for Groupe SEB—the world leader in small domestic equipment—she was in charge of the Product and Technology Innovation strategy for Groupe SEB’s product universes, brands, and territories. Since 2022, she dedicates her expertise and experience to serving SOMFY’s Products and Services strategy.
With an engineering background (CPE Lyon), Bénédicte Simond holds an Advanced Management Degree from INSEAD and IMD.
Bruno Stragliati
Head of Operations - Supply Chain - Quality
Bruno Stragliati was appointed Head of Operations & Supply Chain in 2020. Since 2025, his scope has been expanded to include quality.
He joined SOMFY in 2006 as Director of Group Purchasing after a professional career in the automotive industry. As the Director of Purchasing for the automotive parts supplier Trèves between 2004 and 2006, Bruno has held various positions of increasing responsibility since his beginnings with Valeo in 1995. He has worked in the areas of production, new product development and sourcing strategy management.
Bruno Stragliati graduated from the Lyon Business School and UPMC Paris.
Bruno Barlet
CSR Director
Bruno Barlet, previously Head of Sales, was appointed CSR Director in January 2024.
He had taken over full responsibility for Group sales in 2021 after being appointed Head of Sales in charge of the South and East zones (France, Eastern and Southern Europe, Africa and the Middle East and Asia-Pacific) in 2020. He joined SOMFY in 2016 as Director of SOMFY France after spending 28 years with the Legrand Group, where he was Chief Executive Officer of the French subsidiary from 2014. After starting his career in sales in the 1990s, Bruno held various senior positions in Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Strategy. He has led several major launches for the Legrand Group.
Bruno Barlet graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Saint-Étienne.
Guillaume Deudon
Chief Digital Officer & Customer Experience
Guillaume Deudon joined the Group as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) on July 1, 2023. Since 2025, his scope has been expanded to include the customer experience.
With over 25 years of professional experience in IT and digital, he has primarily developed his career internationally. He has worked and lived in Europe, Asia, North America, and North Africa, and has thus developed strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. Guillaume has led large-scale client transformation and digitalization programs, most recently in major global B2B companies such as The Dow Chemical Company and DSM-Firmenich. Among some of his successes is the establishment of a digital center in Chicago, replicated in Sao Paulo and Shanghai.
Guillaume Deudon holds an Engineering degree in software engineering from ENSEIRB in France and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
