Your Mission

Ensure the efficient planning and coordination of daily production activities by assigning production orders to the appropriate resources, with the objective of meeting customer service expectations. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to the overall performance of the operational team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Production Orders in SAP and Work Orders in MES, ensuring accurate scheduling and execution.
• Configure and update MES parameters (calendars) to reflect planned events such as maintenance, scheduled stops, shutdowns, extended shifts, cycle counting, and tests.
• Monitor daily production events and adjust planning accordingly to maintain operational efficiency.

Execute Cycle Counting, inventory checks, and Kanban flow management to ensure material availability and stock accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Academic Background

• Degree in Industrial Management and Logistics
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics and Operations
• Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
  (Technical degrees in related fields are also considered.)

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP; MES experience is a plus).
• Understanding of Kanban flows, inventory management, and lean logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and optimization skills.

Personal Skills

• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• A calm, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to operational changes and prioritize effectively.
• Motivation to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Intermediate English (minimum B1 level).
