Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated person to join our Customer Care team as a Junior Customer Care Agent.
In this role, you’ll help our customers by supporting order processing, communicating with our B2B partners, and providing basic technical support. You’ll work closely with the team, learn on the job, and gain hands-on experience in customer service and operations.
What will you do:
- Support the order process for B2B customers, making sure everything is correct and on time.
- Enter and manage orders in ERP/CRM systems (we’ll teach you how).
- Communicate with internal teams to help ensure smooth logistics and deliveries.
- Help solve logistics issues together with partners and sales teams.
- Provide product information and recommendations to our partners.
- Support improvements in service processes related to orders, logistics, and invoicing.
- Offer basic technical support for our products (with training provided).
- Share logistics, sales, and product information with the local team.
- Handle customer complaints and help find the best solutions.
- Take part in training and learning opportunities to grow your skills.
- Work closely with your team and managers to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a technical customer service or customer care role is preferred.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in technical topics and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Good communication skills in Latvian and English (B2 level); Russian is a plus.
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Basic experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) is a plus, but not required - raining will be provided.
- Basic understanding of technical support or a willingness to learn.
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
