Job Description

1.制定业务发展策略并实施全国业务发展计划,完成业务发展目标并支持完成全国的销售指标。
Build up BD strategy, execute business development plan in national wide.   Achieve the targets of business development and support to achieve sales target of OEM & FS.

2. 业务发展: Business Development
  a. 协同BD团队成员和销售人员对地产商和酒店管理集团\设计公司推广尚飞方案Promote to property developer company and hotel management company /design company
  b. 对国际、国内的建筑设计师,室内设计师、电气工程师、绿色节能顾问进行宣传、推广和技术指定 To communicate, promote, and specify via international and local architects, interior designers, machanics & engineers, and green consultants
  c. 积极进行政府及相关协会的建筑智能遮阳公关,参与并主导相关行业标准及产品标准的制定 Lobby government and association, participat drafting regulation or standard 

3. 项目管理 Project Management: 
 a. 为公司开拓项目并实施项目跟踪管理 Develop and manage proejct pipeline
 b. 在开拓项目中成功指定Somfy 技术方案 Succeed specifying Somfy solution in projects

4.品牌定位,Brand Positioning  
a. 确定尚飞品牌定位 Identify Somfy China brand positioning
b. 品牌沟通执行各项流程Successfully implement all the process in communication
c. 监督品牌定位并保持更新Supervise the position and keep updating          

5.沟通战略Communication Strategy     
a. 完成品牌战略沟通的流程和规则建立  Build the process & regulations for communication strategy
b. 管理市场预算 Manage marketing budget
c. 评估沟通计划并改进Evaluation the communication and keep improving

Qualifications

  • 管理团队业绩,指导团队工作,并向亚太团队提供相关工作报告。
    Manage team performance, guide team work, and provide relevant reports to the Asia Pacific team.
  • 有自动控制、机电方面的知识,有从事建材或者机电产品设计销售的工作经验,带领2-3人以上团队的经验。
    Good knowledge in automatic control and electromechanical fields, experienced in building materials or electromechanical products sales, led a 2-3 persons' team or more.
  • 需要以业绩为导向,团队工作,能够协调各相关利益方的要求。                           Performance oriented, team oriented, and able to coordinate internal and external requirements.
  • 使用Salesforce.com 客户关系管理系统,熟练使用类似系统的优先。
    Ability and experience on Salesforce. Com - Customer Relationship Management System,  good at using similar systems is preferred.
  • 中英文可以熟练书面使用,英文口语可以基本工作交流。
    Proficient in written English, and good at oral English.
